Chapter 27 contains 11 negotiating benchmarks covering climate policy, biodiversity, air quality, water management, waste, chemicals, industrial pollution and administrative capacity.
Monitoring and Emissions Trading
Ukraine reported continued work on air- and water-monitoring systems, laboratory capacity and a national greenhouse-gas emissions trading system.
